The International Conference on Violence, Abuse & Women’s Citizenship was held in Brighton, UK from 10th-15th November 1996. Over 2,500 people (mostly women) from 137 countries attended the five-day conference.
We were commissioned to share digitalised audio recordings from the renowned conference. The project, Revealing Women’s lost history through events, exhibitions and webinars is going to be exciting and emotional for many.
