Pure Nuff Stuff are based in Penzance, in our home county of Cornwall and we just love their products. Their huge own brand range includes products for everyone – eye balm, night cream and facewash, bump-rub oil and after shave balm, and thoughtful additions such as after-sun and bulk buys of shampoo and conditioner allowing you to refill your bottles at home and reduce new plastic use.
This extensive range is supplemented with useful counterparts including stunning soap dishes (and their handmade soap to go into them), plastic free dental care and gentle, baby-skin friendly, konjac sponges.
We particularly love their range tackling eczema, psoriasis and rosacea. A number of members of Team Scary, including our own Artistic Director Becca, need a bit of extra support here and we were all pleased when Mother Christmas dropped these into our stockings a few years ago.
The products are fantastic – take our word for it – but what makes them super special is the way they’re made. All products are SLS and paraben free, they’re hand made in small batches in Cornwall (but still have a twelve month shelf life) – and they are all vegetarian-friendly, if not vegan-friendly, too. It goes without saying that they don’t test on animals – friends and family to the front! – but they also insist that all raw materials have a fixed animal testing cut-off date of 1996.
