Sasparella Vegan Deli is our June Business of the Month!

Following on from our foodie recommendations earlier this year, we’re delighted to introduce you to another firm favourite of ours – the wonderful Sasparella Vegan Deli, based in Cornwall.

Sasparella Vegan Deli has two main food offerings. They deliver joy in the form of vegan donuts to individuals and organisations (office celebration, anyone?) on Fridays in Falmouth and Penryn. And they take beautiful bagels to Falmouth Market on the Moor every Saturday. What a way to eat at the weekend!

The donuts are truly the stars of the show. Fillings and flavours change with the season – just look at these cute Easter nests! For Valentine’s Day, their PB&J jammy dodger was hard to beat and we just loved the Biscoff Rudolph, one of their Christmas specials. These stunning cinnamon rolls  appear once in a while too. Right now, their range includes Banoffee Pecan Cheesecake, Black Forest, a wickedly delicious Tahini Caramel, Raspberry Sprinkles and two filled options – Biscoff Cream and Melktart.

Fancy something savoury? Sasparella not only fill delicious bagels, but they make them too. Their three core bagels are The Reuben – featuring housemade seitan pastrami –  Carrot Salmon & Cream Cheese (yes really) and Double-B L T which has not one but two types of vegan bacon, marinaded smoky tofu bacon and crispy maple coconut bacon. Specials pop up – who wants to see their Grilled Steak & Chimichurri or Brie, Rocket and Chilli Jam back on the menu?

The deadline for donut orders is 10pm every Thursday, with delivery around Friday lunchtime.
