BOOKING NOW: Join us to celebrate the power of women in midlife at our Mayven Festival!

The full programme is out, the tickets are on sale. We’re counting down the days to our Mayven Festival – are you?

From the 10th to 18th May, our folk themed Mayven Festival will be sprinkling a dash of our unique Scary Little Magic over venues across Cornwall.

Artists from all over the county – including queens of the scene Angeline Morrison and Jenny Beare – will be joined by up-and-coming modern stars like Flo Perlin, from further afield.

Our unique events will showcase the amazing power of women, the skills of our performers, their relationship with music and movement, and will shine a light on some of the areas that Cornwall excels at, like spoken word and circus performance.

Festival highlights include Cabaret with Claws, Feminist as Folk music nights (Bodmin, Redruth, Penzance) featuring different performers at each venue, The Late Great Wake celebrating Frida Kahlo, Folk Storytelling (Penzance, Tintagel), and stories, film and songs from the Greenham Women’s Peace Camp.
