Prepare to be transported to a colourful, festive Penwith from days of yore with Duffy and her animal friends! We’re about to perform an all-singing, all-dancing, thigh-slappingly funny pantomime based on the Cornish version of Rumpelstiltskin. In addition to panto favorites like Father Christmas, Duffy will be joined by St Ives witch Maggie Figgie – and her piggy!

Take part in the barnyard fun by bringing your own puppets, cuddly toys or stuffed animals – in fact, why not make your own pig puppet with our handy guide?  Bring your furry, scaly, long-eared, or snuffly pets down to Duffy Beats The Devil! at The Acorn, Penzance this Christmas season for some festive Cornish cheer that is genuinely fun for the whole family.

We’re also proud to provide a special, BSL signed performance on 18th December at 2:30pm, courtesy of the West Cornwall Youth Trust – we are dedicated to making arts accessible to everyone!

Duffy Beats The Devil! runs from 11th to 30th December and tickets are subsidized to be as low as possible: children £8, adults £12/£10 and discounts for family bookings.
