Join us for an eggs to the wall feminist special on the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women (IDEVAW) and help us launch our groundbreaking online exhibition, Greenham Women Digital!
Host Rebecca Mordan will be chatting about the new site that brings together first-hand accounts of life at the iconic Greenham Common Women’s Peace Camp with a 3D treasure hunt of original performances pieces by and about the Greenham Women.
To support this and to honour the IDEVAW, we’ve chosen material for Rebecca to perform from some of our favourite Scaries such as writer Lorna Partington, Greenham Woman Sue Say and folk legend Peggy Seeger.
This salon will go from the sublime to the ridiculous and we’d love to take you with us as we celebrate the invention, fortitude and attitude of women in their fight against violence and patriarchy – for liberty, sisters!
