This month, Artistic Director Rebecca Mordan is sharing how to make a simple yet refreshing Irish Highball that she enjoyed whilst at Greenham Common for Creative Commons last month!
To make this drink you will need:
- 50ml Two Stacks Double Barrel Single Malt Whiskey
- 25ml Irish Highball Cocktail Syrup
- 75ml soda water
- Angostura bitters
- Orange slice, to garnish
The recipe is simple and easy – just add all of the ingredients in to a highball glass over ice and give it a quick stir!
Becca says “I used more whiskey and less soda than the recipe said. I made it quite strong and actually it was looovely!“.
Once stirred, garnish with an orange slice and enjoy!
