This month, our Cocktail of the Month was inspired by the ‘Rhubarb Triangle‘ whilst Artistic Director Rebecca and Company Manager Vanessa were working together in Yorkshire!
You will need:
- Rhubarb Bitters
- Grapefruit Bitters
- Stellacello (like limoncello but with grapefruit!)
- Fever Tree Rhubarb and Raspberry Tonic Water
- Frozen berries
- Cava
- Vodka of your choice
Here, Becca shares how to make this drink:
“Mix the berries and some ice into a goblet then add a double shot of Stellacello, and a single shot of vodka. Then, pour in half a can of Fever Tree Rhubarb and Raspberry Tonic Water and dash the bitters in.
So far, it’s good but it needs something else… Pour in some Cava to make it longer and drier – a sort of Yorkshire Spritz! We raise our glasses to Bradford City of Culture and my lovely cousins there, my family hometown of Sheffield, Vanessa’s home city of Leeds and God’s Own County!”
