Scary Little Girls brought some Wilde Nights to The Hendrick’s Horseless Carriage at the Brighton Fringe 2011

ARVE Error: need id and provider

In an exciting new development, this year Scary Little Girls made their début on the Brighton Fringe, and in style!

We were looking up at the stars as we joined the select line-up in the Hendrick’s Horseless Carriage, a converted Victorian railway car full of curios. And for three nights it was full of a brand new literary cabaret created specially for the festival by scary little artists: singers, songwriters, story tellers, performers and puppeteers devised their take on the wonderful wealth of Wilde-ian works – and this intimate and immersive evening was presided over by compere Mrs Erlynne, a mistress of wilful, unruly and adorable audiences everywhere!

What fun we had –

We are delighted to be bringing Brighton tongue in cheek Victoriana, joyful homage to the self declared genius and even a touch of music hall – because a little of what you fancy does you good…
