Maddie Pearce recalls an event that took place during a cruise in Norway. While on a cable car trip up to the top of a mountain to enjoy the scenic views, her husband decided to walk back down instead of taking the cable car. What should have been a short 20-minute walk turned into a two-and-a-half-hour wait. Maddie was unsure whether to return to the ship on the tender without him, but eventually, he turned up much later, leaving her both relieved and amused by the unexpected delay.
