Lyn Barlow was a protestor at Greenham Common Women’s Peace Camp from 1983 to 1987, worked as a researcher for the New Statesman for a year, before studying as a mature student at New Hall College (now Murray Edwards), Cambridge University.

Part of her archives have been donated to the Women’s Library, London Metropolitan University, and her journals and photographs have been drawn on by Jane and Louise Wilson in the Hayward Gallery‘s exhibition, History is Now: 7 Artists Take on Britain (2015).

Lyn now lives in Somerset and is a textile and committed craftivist. She also took part in ‘100 Greenham Women’ interviews, by ‘Greenham Women Everywhere‘.
