We’re excited to share our second edition of our new monthly series – Cocktail of the Month – with you! This month we’re enjoying a delicious warm and spicy treat – Duffy’s Orchard!ย
Artistic director Becca says – “Here is the story of Duffy’s Orchard! You need to have these ingredients. A really nice golden rum – I really like the Cape Cornwall one, maple syrup – very seasonal and goes beautifully with the golden rum, orange bitters (or any bitters), ginger, and Breton Cider.”
How to make this drink:
๐ซ Add a half shot of ginger juice, which you can whizz up in a blender, and a half shot of maple syrup to a glass, over ice.
๐ Drop in a slice of either fresh or dried apple.
๐ดโโ ๏ธ Pour a double measure of golden rum.
๐ Add one (or two) double shots of Breton cider, or any cider of your choice.
๐ Add the orange bitters and enjoy!”
