What surprises lie behind cupboard doors? \nIn autumn 2023 and spring 2024\, Scary Little Girls travelled across Cornwall from Ruan Minor to Saltash and Penzance to Padstow\, inviting people to share their stories—from everyday moments and funny incidents to childhood memories\, myths\, and legends—at a series of Chatty Cakey Tea events. Now\, ‘Karavan An Chi Drolla’ invites you to hear these stories\, told by Cornish voices\, and reflect on what it means to be Cornish. \nWe invite you to delve into this magical Karavan\, stay for a moment or a while\, and find a story that tickles you\, makes you wonder or leaves you wanting more. \nThe full archive of collected stories will be preserved in Kresen Kernow from 2025 and we’ll be taking the Karavan to other locations too – watch this space! \nThis event is happening just before the Lantern Parade\, celebrating Penzance’s own Sir Humphry Davy.
